The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral and Alcazar. Being able to explore the city and have all the main sites within walking distance was a dream. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had a stylish vibe that I really liked. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing, especially with the cathedral as the backdrop.
Now, let me talk about my room. I had requested twin beds, but unfortunately, that request wasn't passed on to the hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old historical center, just a short walk away from the main attractions and sights. The area surrounding the hotel is full of charming down side streets, adding to the overall ambiance of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay for guests.
The noise levels in the hotel can be quite high, especially due to the echoing of footsteps and the constant blaring of holiday music in the atrium and hallways.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter trip to this beautiful city. It was within short walking distances to many of the main attractions and a wide variety of restaurants. We were able to easily explore and enjoy all that the city had to offer.
We were not informed on how to connect to the wifi in the hotel, which resulted in some frustration.

This place is great! I loved how close it was to all the attractions, especially the stunning Cathedral. The staff here went above and beyond to address any request and provided fantastic customer service. They even gave my boyfriend a big cup of chocolate when we were leaving. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the in-room amenities like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
Would definitely recommend this venue to friends for its great location and service. While it would be helpful to have a porter, the staff here couldn't do enough for you.
